Peppermint and Lavender are effective in relieving headaches whichever type that is here is a quick recipe blend to give you some relief you will experience relief, I would love to hear your results from this fantastic blend.
3 drops Lavender
3 drop Peppermint
drop in diffuser filled with water (please follow your diffuser instruction as they can vary)
tip: if you do not own an elctric diffuser a non electric one is good to go (the ones that burn wax on top with candle at bottom)
Straight from bottle
4 drops Lavender
4 drops Peppermint
Fill with carrier oil of your choice ( liquid coconut oil, jojoba oil, almond oil, avocado oil, grapeseed etc
Options are use in a roller bottle or a dark glass small bottle
When needed just pour onto hands and inhale
